Your shipment
All our stable floor mats are delivered on pallets. All smaller items are dispatched on small parcel couriers. We require your telephone contact details and postcode in order to complete your delivery. If you know your w3w’s – “What Three Words” these really help. If you have any delivery restrictions like a narrow entrance or anything else that needs a small vehicle. Please request a 7.5T Lorry. Please advise anything you feel may hinder access of a delivering vehicle, when you place the order as additional charges will apply for re-deliveries.
Delivery
Stable mats are delivered via a pallet service, with options for next working day or 2-3 working day delivery. Delivery times are calculated from the dispatch date. Orders placed before 12:00am are normally dispatched the same day. Orders taken after this time will usually roll over to the next working day for dispatch, and delivery times will be calculated from the day the goods leave our premises. Special Saturday morning or timed deliveries can be made but these will be at a premium which we will notify you of before dispatch (once agreed the premium will be charged).
Pallet deliveries are made on lorries with tail-lifts capable of unloading up to 1 tonne pallets via pallet truck onto flat, hard standing (loose gravel will need to have construction boards laid down to enable unloading). Heavier pallets will need either mechanical handling on site (fork-lift or front-end loader etc.) or assistance will be required to help off-load by hand.
All deliveries are usually “kerb side”. But our pallet company where possible try to be accommodating and where they are able will access yards and spacious driveways. If you have tarmac, concrete, block paving the driver will move the pallet to an appropriate place but they are not insured to move mats into buildings or across thresholds, or to manually lift mats off pallets once unloaded off their lorry.
Shipping fees include handling and packing fees as well as the charge from the carrier. We have never, in 23 plus years, hidden the prices of our carriage in the cost of our products, which many other companies do and call it “Free delivery” or their charge appears to be much cheaper. The reason for doing this is because as a major importer of the products, we find it gives us greater power to offer the very best price that we can at the time of bringing the product in, according to the rate of exchange, raw material and production costs and most influentially, shipping charges.
The directors and our senior members of staff do regular checks on the mats we import, by visiting the production plants. This not only ensures the quality of the material we import, but also that the factories who produce the products for us, meet our ethos and values. We have personally visited the sites, to ensure the working environments and adopt policies of “no children, no exploitation”. Delivery charges vary according to total weight of the shipment. In most cases, our customers find that when compared on like for like quality our prices are in line with and even cheaper than our competitors.

Delivery restrictions
We try to deliver every order however, the following things can result in a failed delivery: Overhanging branches, Narrow turns & openings, Soft verges etc. Due to insurance the delivery vehicles will not go off road onto grass pathways etc. If you fail to advise us of any restrictions, which result in the delivering company unable to make your delivery, should you choose to cancel your order, we will not credit the delivery charges or the return delivery charges.
